What if I don't need bundled AI?
Lite is for you. It exposes FavCRM as a typed MCP server so v0 (or any agent you already pay for) can drive bookings, customers, loyalty, and invoices directly. No bundled inference cost — your agent is already the AI.
Are credits the same as tokens?
We present usage as AI credits so billing stays simple across meeting notes, follow-ups, and other AI agent work. Credits abstract away the model-specific token cost.
Can we add more usage later?
Yes. Top-up packages — 1M, 3M, or 10M credits — are available on Starter for teams with heavier meeting volume or more frequent AI agent work. No need to upgrade tiers prematurely.
What languages do AI features support?
Meeting notes and AI agent responses are optimised for English and Traditional Chinese (zh-TW). Other languages work but are not the focus of our AI tuning.
How does Lite differ from the free Vercel Marketplace install?
Installing FavCRM via the Vercel Marketplace starts a free workspace capped at 100 customers, 200 bookings/month, and 1k MCP calls/month — for prototyping. Lite ($19/mo) is your own production workspace with no caps on customer or booking counts, full MCP access, and a real upgrade path to Starter.
